Isn't it interesting?
How that when it is widely believed that Ahmadinejad stole the election, there is mass protest, chaos in the streets, and hardcore police suppression.Yet, when it was widely believed that the Bu$hites stole the election in 2000 and 2004, Americans sat in front of their televisions and computer screens, and whined a bit (yes I include myself in this)?
Just sayin'. I find this fascinating.

For all of the wrongs of the Bush administration, it paled in comparison to the denials of Liberty that the people of Iran have lived with for a very long time and most recently under Ahmadinejad...
To put it bluntly, they have more at stake and having recently tasted the possibility of Freedom they are more willing than most fat, comfortable Americans to put their asses on the line in order to secure it. Hopefully, they won't give up and can bring about something of a Velvet Revolution in order to bring change that we all need in the region.

Yeah - I think we are too content to actually get out into the streets and protest. It happens in Europe and other countries but not here.

I absolutely agree. I've maintained for several years now that Americans are by and large the most comfortable slave class in history.
